Overberg Industrial Control originated from the need for electrical, control and instrumentation engineering in the Overberg district. Our engineering team specialises in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming, plant automation from design specification, and electrical panel design for MCCs (motor control centres).

Our mission is to assist clients with plant fault identification and repair, automation of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure and new MCC design, installation, and commissioning. PLC brands include Schneider, Siemens, GE, etc. New brands can be researched and implemented as per client requirement without additional cost to the client.

OIC is located in the quaint little village of Bot River, centrally located between Grabouw, Hermanus, Caledon and Kleinmond, overlooking Bot River’s very small 10km radius wine route, with Caledon’s wind farm on the horizon.
